    Redefining the Food Industry

Unlike the plant-based meat trend, cultivated meat is an innovative area of food technology, supported by influential figures such as Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos, as well as major meat packing companies. Cultivated meat is produced from livestock cells in a controlled environment, replicating genuine animal meat without the need for factory farming. This groundbreaking approach not only aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pandemic risks but also significantly mitigates animal cruelty.

    Environmental and Ethical Impact

Cultivated meat has the potential to drastically cut down greenhouse gas emissions associated with traditional livestock farming. By cultivating meat from cells, the need for extensive animal farming is eliminated, reducing methane emissions and other environmental pollutants. Additionally, this method addresses ethical concerns by eliminating the need for animal slaughter, aligning with growing consumer demand for cruelty-free products.

    Market Potential

The cultivated meat industry is projected to become a $25 billion global market by 2030, according to McKinsey. The sector has attracted investments from sovereign wealth funds, venture capitalists, and governments worldwide. CULT Food Science stands at the forefront of this burgeoning industry, focusing initially on commercializing cultivated meat for pet foods, offering significant production cost advantages and nearer-term revenue potential.

    Noochies!: A Flagship Innovation

CULT’s flagship asset, Noochies!, represents the world’s first freeze-dried, high-protein, nutrient-rich pet food made without factory farming. Owned 90% by CULT through their Further Foods subsidiary, Noochies! is a rebranded version of the ‘Because Animals’ consumer brand. This innovative product is available for sale in Canada and the USA, both online and in over 30 independent stores in the US, with plans for aggressive expansion and marketing.

    Strategic Partnerships and Portfolio Expansion

CULT has deployed $4 million to build a portfolio of venture-stage food tech companies, providing shareholders with exposure to the growth of the cellular agriculture industry. These investments not only enhance CULT’s market position but also offer future liquidity and non-dilutive capital opportunities. Recent regulatory approvals in the US, Singapore, and Israel signal a pivotal moment for the cultivated meat industry, further validating CULT’s strategic direction.

In a recent partnership with PawMates, a rapidly growing community of over 90,000 pet owners, CULT aims to accelerate sales of Noochies! in Canada and the US. This collaboration underscores CULT’s commitment to expanding its market reach and enhancing its product offerings.

    Leadership Vision

Led by CEO Mitchell Scott, a seasoned entrepreneur and advocate for sustainable food solutions, CULT Food Science is poised for continued growth and innovation. Scott, who previously co-founded The Very Good Butchers, brings a wealth of experience in the plant-based food sector, driving CULT’s mission to reshape the future of food.

CULT Food Science is not just a company but a movement towards a more sustainable, ethical, and nutritionally complete future. As the cultivated meat industry continues to evolve, CULT’s pioneering efforts and strategic investments position it as a leader in this transformative sector.
